Who it is for

Different starting points. The same principle underneath.

Most of the organisations that come to DataBytes AI fall into one of the groups below. The specific problems differ, but the answer rests on the same idea in every case: your data belongs to your organisation, and the systems that hold it should too. These are common starting points, not a closed list — if none of them quite describes you, the work is often a good fit anyway.

What holds across all of them

The group changes. The commitment does not.

Systems you own

Every engagement runs on infrastructure your organisation controls, typically your own cloud account. You hold the credentials, the backups and the ability to export or move everything at any time.

No lock-in by design

Built on open and source-available foundations with no per-seat subscription. Nothing about the architecture makes you dependent on DataBytes AI to keep using your own data.

Handover, not dependency

Every engagement includes a structured handover and genuine capacity building, so your team can run things with or without us. The goal is to make ourselves optional, not indispensable.

Not sure which one fits?

These are starting points, not boxes to fit into.

Plenty of organisations are a mix — a not-for-profit doing field research, an ACCO that also needs reporting automation. If your situation does not map neatly onto one of these, get in touch and describe it. That is usually the fastest way to find out whether this is a good fit.
