The problem this solves

Proving outcomes usually means someone manually pulling together numbers from several different sources every time a board meeting or funding report comes around. Indicators are often inconsistent between programs, making it hard to see the bigger picture or compare progress over time.

There is also a genuine question of whose indicators are being measured. A framework imported wholesale from elsewhere rarely reflects what actually matters to the people or communities a program serves. This matters especially for Aboriginal community controlled organisations, First Nations corporations and other Indigenous organisations, where the wellbeing measures that count are often locally defined rather than borrowed from a generic template.

How we approach it

We turn outcome indicators — whether already agreed with your funders and community, or still being worked through — into the data structures and dashboards that track them consistently over time, rather than forcing your data into someone else's fixed template. Where indicators aren't yet settled, we can work alongside your evaluation or community-governance advisers to get the technical requirements right, rather than defining those indicators ourselves.
