A structured database on infrastructure in your own account, with a no code management layer so non technical staff can view and edit records without a developer. Centralised sign on with multi factor authentication, and role based access so each person sees what their role needs. Automated backups. A starter dashboard covering the reporting you already do by hand.

What you have at the end

A deployed, working system. Admin credentials held by your organisation. Version controlled infrastructure configuration. Plain language documentation and an admin runbook. Training for your staff. A defined backup and restore process. And no licence, subscription or relationship with us required to keep using any of it.

What we need from you

Someone in the organisation who can make decisions about what the data means and who should see it. Access to your existing spreadsheets or systems. A little time from the people who will actually use it, because a system designed without them tends not to get used.

Honest limitations

This is a foundation, not a case management product. It will not replace a specialised clinical or client management system, though it can sit alongside one. It assumes your organisation is willing to own the governance decisions the technology enforces. And it takes weeks, not days, which is why we recommend a short discovery first rather than committing to the whole build up front.
